About Actingstreet Remodeling and How Referrals Work

Who we are

Actingstreet Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Delray Beach and the Delray Beach area with independent local kitchen and bathroom remodeling providers. That is the whole job.

We do not remodel. We do not employ the crews. The provider you speak with is a separate, independent business.

Why we exist

Most remodels go wrong in the planning stage. Goals are vague. Photos are missing. Quotes cannot be compared. We built this service around a simple idea: get organized first, then talk to a provider.

Our phrase for it: First, document it.

How the process works

1. You tell us about your project: bathroom, kitchen, or both. 2. We suggest you build a project file with dated photos, measurements and notes. 3. We connect you with a provider in our network who handles that kind of work. 4. The provider talks with you about scope, schedule and a written quote. 5. You decide whether to move forward.

None of these steps commit you to anything. You can pause, ask more questions or walk away at any point.

How providers are matched

We look at the type of project, your location and what the provider says they handle. Bathing-area work, such as tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers, goes to providers who do that work. Availability varies, so we cannot promise a match for every request.

What we expect from providers

• Clear, written quotes
• Honest answers about scope and timing
• Proper permits where local rules require them
• Respect for your home and your schedule
• Tell you what upkeep the finished work needs

Providers are responsible for their own licenses and insurance. Ask each provider to show proof before you sign anything.

What we do not do

• We do not perform remodeling work.
• We do not set prices or quotes.
• We do not take part in your contract.
• We do not promise insurance outcomes. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy.

How we are paid

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You are not charged for the connection. Your contract is only with the provider you choose.

Fix it, then protect it

A finished remodel still needs care. Ask your provider for a short maintenance list: caulk checks, ventilation habits and grout sealing. Keep it in your project file with your receipts.
