Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this before you use actingstreet.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Are

Actingstreet Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Actingstreet Remodeling.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promises about the quality, schedule, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different. What suits one project may not suit another, so talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

Cost Figures

Any costs on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They vary with the job, the location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before any work begins.

Payment and Financing

Actingstreet Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans. We do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets any payment terms. Read each contract carefully before you sign it.

Safety First

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. Do not cut, sand or remove materials you are unsure about. If you think life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Actingstreet Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it contains no errors.
